PEG-MGF
Also known as: PEGylated mechano growth factor ยท PEGylated MGF-E peptide
Grade describes the published research on the molecule. It is not a quality score, a safety score, or a release state.
What this is
PEG-MGF is not a synonym for full-length IGF-1Ec, the isolated MGF E-domain peptide, or a generic stabilized MGF peptide. A complete identity needs the peptide sequence, PEG molecular weight, attachment site, linkage chemistry and molecular mass.
Evidence position
The current literature search found related MGF research but no direct intervention record for a fully defined PEG-MGF material. That makes this a Grade D related-compound record.
What the record does not establish
Adding PEG can change circulation time, distribution, receptor exposure and analytical behavior. Evidence for an unmodified parent cannot be represented as evidence for the PEGylated analog.

LIVE DATABASE INDEX / SEPARATE FROM CURATED EVIDENCE
Records below come directly from public scientific databases. They help find relevant material, but do not affect the evidence grade until they are matched to the molecule and added to the curated source list.
