An order request submitted through this site starts a review. It is not an accepted order and creates no obligation on either side.

When a transaction exists

A transaction exists only when MONARCH HEALTH LABS issues a written quote or order document and the buyer accepts it on its stated terms.

What governs

Material identity, lot, quantity, documentation, price, shipping, inspection, rejection, refund and payment terms are governed by the accepted written document — not by an earlier webpage, message or screenshot.

Accuracy

The buyer must give accurate organisation, intended-use and destination information, and tell us when it changes.

Declining

MONARCH HEALTH LABS may decline, hold or cancel a request, quote or shipment where information is incomplete, inconsistent, restricted, or not supportable by the available records.

Site content

Library entries summarize source records for reference. They are not medical advice, professional advice, a certificate for a particular lot, or a substitute for reviewing the linked primary source.

Third-party sources

Links to publications, databases, laboratories and other websites are provided for traceability. Their content, availability and practices remain the responsibility of their operators.

Warranties and liability

Any warranty, remedy or liability term for a transaction is the term written in the accepted quote. Nothing on this website limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

Availability and interruption

The catalog, website and request service may be corrected, changed, suspended or withdrawn. MONARCH HEALTH LABS is not responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Effective date

These website terms are effective August 2, 2026 and apply until replaced by a later published version.
