Reviews describe service
Shipping, support and customer experience. They are not chemical measurements.
04 / SOURCE REGISTRY
External review scores, laboratory reports and published research answer different questions. This registry keeps them separate and links to the original source.
Shipping, support and customer experience. They are not chemical measurements.
A result applies to the sample received. It is not blanket approval of a supplier.
A genuine report still has to match the exact lot and material being offered.

05 / PUBLIC REVIEW SNAPSHOT
Public review profiles are shown as dated benchmarks. MONARCH HEALTH LABS does not certify, recommend or reproduce another platform's badge.
No lot-specific laboratory verification link was confirmed during this snapshot.
Limit: Customer reviews describe buying and service experiences. They do not establish identity, purity, fill quantity, sterility, endotoxin level, or lot consistency.
The public profile states that compounds are tested; no matched public lot-report archive was confirmed during this snapshot.
Limit: A supplier statement is not independent verification. A report still has to be authenticated and matched to the offered lot.
The public profile and supplier replies reference independent testing and Vanguard Laboratory. Verify the laboratory report and lot match directly.
Limit: Review volume and supplier replies do not authenticate a certificate or prove that the tested sample is the product being offered.
The supplier states that products carry third-party HPLC and mass-spectrometry documentation. The Trustpilot profile also contains materially mixed recent reports about payment security, fulfillment and product experience.
Limit: Supplier documentation is not independent sampling, and user reports are allegations rather than analytical findings. Authenticate the exact report and match it to the offered lot.
The supplier publishes a COA directory and states that reports are produced by independent laboratories.
Limit: A directory is useful only when the report is authentic, the sample is independently collected, and the report identifier matches the offered lot.
The supplier publishes a COA directory and states that every batch receives third-party purity and identity testing. Public reports identify specific submitted lots and laboratories.
Limit: The testing policy is a supplier claim. A report applies only to its named sample and lot; confirm the laboratory, method, accession number, chain of custody and accreditation scope independently.
Reviews reference third-party reports, but no supplier-wide approval or independently sampled lot program was established during this snapshot.
Limit: The profile contains materially mixed customer reports. User outcomes are not analytical measurements.
A separate Finnrick profile provides sample-level results for four products and is listed below in the independent testing snapshot.
Limit: The review score measures customer experience. The analytical sample set is smaller and older than several comparator profiles and does not validate untested lots.
No independently sampled, lot-linked verification program was confirmed during this snapshot.
Limit: This is a small, unclaimed review profile. Individual customer allegations are not laboratory results, and the score should not be generalized beyond the dated profile.
PROFILE STATUS / Trustpilot
The supplier site states that every batch is verified by a third-party laboratory and that results are posted online.
Limit: No historic Trustpilot score is reproduced because the profile is no longer visible. The supplier's testing statement remains a claim until a genuine report is authenticated and matched to the offered lot.
PROFILE STATUS / Company notice
The original company site states that research-product sales have ended and warns that any claimed successor or affiliated seller is unauthorized.
Limit: Historic reviews, product pages and testing records do not authenticate a current seller using a similar name. Verify business identity and every lot independently.
PROFILE STATUS / Trustpilot
Trustpilot currently states that the profile is no longer visible because the business goes against its guidelines.
Limit: Trustpilot does not publish the specific reason on the removed profile. Do not infer a laboratory finding, product verdict or supplier-wide conclusion from the removal notice alone.
06 / INDEPENDENT SAMPLE EVIDENCE
Independent testing platforms organize sample-level laboratory records. Their scores can reveal patterns, but no overall score proves the identity or quality of the next lot.
PLATFORM 01
More than 9,000 published sample tests in the July 2026 public dataset
PLATFORM 02
Launch-stage comparison index: 27 assays and 15 monitored suppliers in the July 2026 snapshot
DATED SUPPLIER SNAPSHOTS
One supplier can test very differently across compounds. These dated rows point to the underlying profile.
Broad but mixed record: the published profile ranges from stronger GHK-Cu and semaglutide evidence to materially weaker CJC-1295 and tesamorelin evidence.
Limit: Supplier identity and continuity also require verification; Finnrick's linked intelligence report describes post-shutdown lookalike concerns.
The profile is product-dependent: semaglutide, tirzepatide, ipamorelin and retatrutide score higher than BPC-157, CJC-1295 and several other entries.
Limit: An overall score compresses different products, batches, dates and sample sources. Follow the individual test history before drawing a conclusion.
A smaller, older record with stronger retatrutide results and weaker CJC-1295 and ipamorelin results in the published profile.
Limit: Open Assay cites the same Finnrick evidence. It is useful cross-referencing, not an independent duplicate sample set.
07 / ANALYTICAL TESTING
Start with the laboratory. Confirm the report is genuine. Then inspect the method, sample identity, result, date and chain of custody.

08 / PRIMARY DATABASES
These are the upstream records used to build compound entries. MONARCH HEALTH LABS adds a plain-language summary and an explicit statement of what each source does not prove.
Primary papers, systematic reviews, trial reports, pharmacology, and indexed publication metadata.
Limit: A publication about a molecule is not a test of a seller's material or any specific lot.
Study status, sponsor, phase, enrollment, interventions, posted results, and NCT identifiers.
Limit: Registration does not mean that a study succeeded, that results were positive, or that a product is approved.
Compound identifiers, synonyms, structures, molecular properties, depositor records, and linked PubMed identifiers.
Limit: A database identity record does not authenticate a vial, formulation, salt, concentration, or supplier.
Approval status, application records, labels, reviews, and sponsor information for approved U.S. products.
Limit: Approval belongs to the named finished product. It does not transfer to separately sourced research material.
Current Structured Product Labeling records, label history, package information, and identifiers.
Limit: A label describes its listed product and manufacturer, not a similarly named material from another source.
Expert-curated ligand, target, receptor, interaction, and nomenclature data under open-data licenses.
Limit: Target and ligand records describe pharmacology, not seller quality or lot release.
European medicine status, assessment documents, safety communications, and machine-readable medicine metadata.
Limit: EMA records apply to the named authorized or assessed product, not unrelated material using the same active name.

THE MONARCH STANDARD
A rating is linked as a rating. A study is linked as a study. A laboratory report is linked as a report. None is stretched into supplier approval, medical guidance or proof about a different lot.
