Destinations

Shipping is only to destinations stated in the written quote. Additional documentation may be required and a destination may be declined.

What the quote states

Ship-from location, destination, carrier and service, packaging and temperature condition, shipping charge, transfer-of-risk term, dispatch window, required receipt inspection, and return or destruction instructions.

Inspection

Inspect the shipment promptly on arrival. Report visible damage, quantity discrepancy, temperature exception or document mismatch before the material is opened, transferred, used or discarded.

Returns

No return may be sent without written authorisation and a return reference. Material that cannot be safely or lawfully returned may require documented hold or destruction.

Refunds

Refund, replacement, credit and rejection terms are stated in the accepted quote. This page makes no blanket promise in either direction.

How to report a problem

Email hello@monarchhealthlabs.com with the request or quote reference, delivery date, affected item and clear photographs of the package, label and condition received.

Effective date

This shipping and returns notice is effective August 2, 2026 and applies until replaced by a later published version.
