Follistatin-344

Also known as: FS344 · FST344 · Follistatin precursor isoform 344

Related-compound evidence onlyEvidence grade D: Related-compound evidence only

Grade describes the published research on the molecule. It is not a quality score, a safety score, or a release state.

What this is

Follistatin-344 is a large protein precursor isoform, not a conventional short peptide. The mature secreted forms and recombinant constructs can differ in processing, tags, aggregation and biological behavior.

Evidence position

The human FS344 record is gene delivery. Treating it as evidence for an injected recombinant vial would collapse two different interventions, so the entry remains Grade D.

What the record does not establish

A label reading “FS344” does not establish that the vial contains the expected protein. Intact mass, sequence coverage, tag status, aggregation and bioactivity require matched analytical records.

LIVE DATABASE INDEX / SEPARATE FROM CURATED EVIDENCE

Records below come directly from public scientific databases. They help find relevant material, but do not affect the evidence grade until they are matched to the molecule and added to the curated source list.
