Cardiogen
Also known as: AEDR peptide ยท Ala-Glu-Asp-Arg
Grade describes the published research on the molecule. It is not a quality score, a safety score, or a release state.
What this is
Cardiogen is identified in the cited review as the tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Arg, or AEDR. It must not be confused with CardioGen-82, a radiopharmaceutical generator that appears in unrelated search results.
Evidence position
Direct chemistry and preclinical records support Grade C. The cardiac evidence is essentially ex-vivo tissue culture from one research group; the in-vivo paper naming Cardiogen uses a tumor endpoint rather than a cardiovascular one.
What the record does not establish
The record does not establish a human cardiac outcome, pharmacokinetics, safety, an approved use or the identity and quality of a supplier lot.

- The originating research group maps Cardiogen to the AEDR sequence and summarizes the short-peptide framework

- Does not show
