Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1
Also known as: Pal-GHK · Palmitoyl-GHK · Palmitoyl Oligopeptide (retired ambiguous name)
Grade describes the published research on the molecule. It is not a quality score, a safety score, or a release state.
What this is
Palmitoyl tripeptide-1 is Pal-GHK: palmitoyl-glycine-histidine-lysine. The older label “palmitoyl oligopeptide” is insufficient because it was used for more than one sequence.
Evidence position
The exact ingredient appears in a small human combination study, supporting Grade B under the site’s grading definition. The result cannot be separated from baicalin or generalized to other vehicles and concentrations.
What the record does not establish
Pal-GHK is not Pal-AHK, GHK-Cu or unmodified GHK. The CIR assessment evaluates ingredient safety under defined cosmetic-use conditions; it does not approve suppliers or verify raw-material lots.
